What should you eat in Lombok?
The dishes that always come up as Lombok specialties are ayam taliwang, a whole grilled chicken in a fiery sauce, plecing kangkung, water spinach in a spicy dressing, sate rembiga and sate pusut, nasi balap puyung, and grilled fish (Lombok’s local dishes).
