How we handle personal information
This site (semelarvillage.com) is operated by PT Lombok Next Partner (Lombok, Indonesia). The following sets out how we handle the information you provide to us through the booking and enquiry form and similar means.
1. Information we receive
Through the booking and enquiry form, we receive your name, your email address and the details of your enquiry (such as timing, number of people and what it is about). If you write your phone number or other details in the message yourself, those are included as well.
Through the villa opening notice form, we receive your email address (and your name, if you give it). We use these only to send you the villa opening notice, and we delete them on request.
For visits to the site, we use Google Analytics to compile access statistics. These are statistics collected using cookies and do not identify individuals. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings.
2. How we use it
- Replying to your enquiry, arranging bookings and transfers, and guiding you during your stay
- Contacting you when there is something we need to tell you (such as a change to the opening date)
- Improving the content and usability of the site
We do not use it for any other purpose. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
3. Provision to third parties
Except where required by law, we do not pass the information you provide to third parties. However, to the extent needed for arrangements, we may share your name, the number of people and your schedule with partners such as local transfer providers and accommodation.

5. Storage and deletion
Form submissions are kept in the site’s administration screen and in the email of the staff member in charge for as long as needed to respond. Anything no longer needed is deleted in turn. 6. About the content of this site
Rates, opening hours, opening dates and similar details may change due to local circumstances. They are written as of the time of posting, and when you book we will give you the latest details. Please do not reproduce the photos and text on this site without permission.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the changes on this page.
